Job Summary
Operations Coordinator position supporting NIH-related administration within a federal government contracting context. Responsibilities include coordinating with upper management on special projects, acting as a liaison with administrative, budget, and property management staff, disseminating Federal guidelines, developing and maintaining spreadsheets for personnel, budget, and travel actions, researching and proposing administrative procedures, preparing reports including expenditures forecasts and staffing allocations, handling personnel actions and travel-related documents, managing inventory and purchases, configuring and updating administrative databases, creating PowerPoint presentations, maintaining contacts and calendars, coordinating meetings and staff development activities, and assisting with timekeeping, annual reports, and publication-related duties. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of NIH procurement and administrative systems.
