Job Summary
Operations Coordinator position supporting NIH through a federal government contracting firm. Responsible for coordinating with upper management on special projects, serving as a point of contact with administrative, budget, and property staff, disseminating federal guidelines, developing and maintaining spreadsheets for personnel, budget, and travel actions, researching and proposing administrative procedures, preparing reports (expenditures, forecasts, staffing allocations), handling personnel actions, travel/financial documentation, inventory and procurement activities, setting up data analyses, compiling and presenting information, converting documents to electronic formats, maintaining databases, creating presentations, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings and training, and assisting with timekeeping and publications. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience; strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of NIH procurement and administrative systems. Bethesda, MD.
