Job Summary
Coordinate and optimize supply chain and cross-functional workflows by managing purchase orders, monitoring supplier timelines, supporting new product launches and packaging changes, coordinating receiving and inventory across warehouses and internal systems, managing assembly orders with 3PLs, maintaining ERP data accuracy, supporting inventory planning, and generating operational reports. Bring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to partner with Product Development, Finance, Marketing, and external suppliers to ensure successful launches, maintenance, and delivery of products in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, purchasing, product development support, or a related function
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Very detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
- Experience with inventory management, planning, or product lifecycle systems is a plus
