Operations Coordinator, Load Out

Job Summary
Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations by monitoring morning loadouts, verifying secure product handling, and ensuring timely reporting of motor carrier compliance. Oversee the load out process to minimize damage and check in reschedules brought back by carriers while utilizing client-specific routing software for route monitoring. Provide operational support to the distribution center team, including assisting with audits, process improvements, and inventory movement using material handling equipment. Serve as the point of contact for client escalations, schedule orders, and notify customers of next-day delivery time windows. Maintain professional relationships with location management, peers, motor carriers, and client employees to troubleshoot delivery issues proactively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Strong people and operational management skills
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to embrace new technology
- Authorization to work in the United States
