Operations Coordinator

Unload trailers, verify freight against manifests, and scan/sort packages including defective items and returns. Conduct van audits, support sorting operations, and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management. Process returns, handle customer pickups, and resolve delivery issues by following SOPs and coordinating with relevant teams. Print labels, prepare documentation, process broker returns, and perform data entry tasks. Train new employees, maintain accurate daily reports, and ensure a clean, hazard-free environment while complying with Health & Safety protocols.
