Operations Coordinator, Inflight

Job Summary
Coordinate inflight operations to support Flight Attendants and enhance on-time performance by facilitating cross-department interactions, communicating status and irregularities to Inflight, IOC, and Hub Control Center leadership, and assisting with administrative tasks such as delay investigations and reporting. Act as liaison with local and system departments (IOC, Control Center, Customer Care, Crew Scheduling, Daily Ops, Catering, Cabin Appearance, Business Partners, Flight Department) to ensure alignment on operational reliability, delay mitigation, and crew management. On-site at Boston Logan ( BOS-TRML ), with shift work including weekends and holidays; responsibilities include documenting delays, supporting crew scheduling/re-crewing as needed, and upholding applicable policies and guidelines; FAA background checks and DOT drug testing are required; knowledge of Sabre, DECS, RES, and related systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- PC, Sabre, DECS, and RES experience
- Must be able to work shift work, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work on-site at assigned base/location
- FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security (SIDA) and secure US Customs security badge if applicable
- Must Pass U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated drug test
