Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor service activities to ensure customer requirements are met, assigning daily job tasks and directing the work of others. Perform safety inspections of work areas, verify serial numbers on equipment, and oversee lifting, loading, and unloading operations using hoists and forklifts. Ship, receive, and track all equipment while maintaining current location and assignment boards. Review delivery tickets for correct quantities and pricing, and complete all QMSF contract realization forms. Interact with customers regarding job planning, problem solving, and service execution, and actively participate in quality improvement processes. Ensure all OSHA regulated safety training is current and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.

- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness
- Compiles with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines
- Seeks continuous improvement of overall performance within assigned area
- Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process
- Ability to oversee lifting, loading, unloading, and moving of tools with lifting devices such as hoists and fork lifts
- Ability to ship, receive, and track all equipment
- Ability to verify all serial numbers on all equipment to those on the delivery ticket
- Ability to assign daily job activities
- Ability to review all delivery tickets for correct quantities and pricing
- Ability to maintain all equipment location boards and operator assignment boards and keep them current
- Ability to verify that all sub-rental equipment is tested or run before it leaves the Gulfstream Services location
- Ability to verify all connections and fittings before equipment leaves the Gulfstream Services location
- Ability to complete all QMSF contract realization related Forms
- Ability to interact with customers on a regular basis in job planning, problem solving, and execution of services
- Ability to assist with contract realization process including taking customer calls
- Ability to interact with GSI sales
- Ability to review customer requirements
- Ability to review Service Quality Plans
- Ability to review QMS processes, forms, instructions, etc
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others
- Ability to identify proper JSAs, QMS forms, processes and work instructions
- Ability to assume personal responsibility for ensuring the duties of their position are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner
