Job Summary

Operations Coordinator in an in-office, Santa Monica, CA role. Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS, handling onboarding and offboarding documentation, facilitating onboarding sessions, conducting exit interviews, managing office tasks, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, supporting HR projects and policy improvements, and assisting with data gathering for HR reports. Requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, and a plus for Spanish bilingual capability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in human resources, administration, or operations roles
  • Experience in HR operations, including employee record management and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (HRIS)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing documentation
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
