Job Summary
Operations Coordinator (Ops Coordinator) responsible for leading, coordinating, and monitoring licensing and GuideStar clinical staff; managing facility onboarding and discharge; providing in-house EMR support and reporting. Duties include troubleshooting IT issues (MS Office, EMR systems, Apple products), coordinating with onsite/offsite staff and vendors, tracking vendor invoices, coordinating QA reviews, designing and maintaining operational processes, coordinating projects, analyzing operational data for decision-making, assisting with clinician licensing, and collaborating with the President/COO and Ops team on special projects. Requires strong Excel and IT troubleshooting skills, excellent written/verbal communication, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and ability to pass background checks; location is Crown Point, IN at the corporate office.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- 2+ years of corporate experience
- Minimum 1 year healthcare industry experience required
- Strong Excel skills required
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with Outlook, Adobe, Apple Products, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality regarding business and personnel matters; demonstrate discretion
- Independent thinking and ownership of assigned projects
- Able to pass background testing, including motor vehicle record review and drug screening
