Job Summary

Operations Coordinator at G Adventures supports the needs of travelers and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities include working with suppliers and Reservations, communicating clearly with travelers, supporting the Regional Operations Manager to ensure product accuracy and smooth operations, assisting Global Sales and Brand teams with logistics before arrival, ensuring brand representation across the region, supporting product review and development, organizing pre-tour information (Welcome Letters, Welcome Packages, reconfirmation of services), monitoring incident reports and coordinating with Reservations/CEO Supervisors for resolution, coordinating with Regional Operations Leadership on last-minute changes, aiding on-tour and post-tour issue resolution, and facilitating vendor reservations and invoicing accuracy. The role may require after-hours collaboration, and emphasizes a positive, proactive attitude and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in travel industry
  • Highly proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Able to work on a Sunday to Thursday work schedule (5 days/week)
  • Computer skills
  • Familiarity with Regional Geography
