Job Summary
Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Boston Seaport office. Responsibilities include providing operational and administrative support to managers, directors, partners, and legal staff; organizing and maintaining documentation; coordinating workflows for office services staff; serving as primary point of contact for internal staff and external vendors; coordinating internal and external office events; staff the reception desk as needed; supporting real estate, office expansion, and construction projects through asset management and project management system; managing a high volume of tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced environment; ensuring deadlines are met and exceeded; performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of professional experience in an office or legal environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe, Canva
- Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines through creative problem solving
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
