Job Summary
Coordinate customer units and maintain vessel schedules while managing damage control and health & safety protocols. Communicate with stakeholders and liaise with customers to support operations controllers in a ro-ro service connecting mainland Europe through Zeebrugge and Rotterdam. Requires full UK driving licence, IT system proficiency, and experience with MS Office/Teams. Flexible working shifts are essential. Ideal candidate possesses a logistics or shipping background, customs clearance experience, or IOSH certification.
