Job Summary
The Development Operations Coordinator ensures CRM data integrity and supports fundraising activity through data maintenance, list production, gift processing, and reporting. Responsibilities include routine and complex gift entry, batch processing, pledge creation, gift adjustments, and payroll deductions; auditing/approval of gift batches; creating and updating queries/exports in Raiser's Edge; developing new reports and dashboards; refining gift entry and acknowledgment procedures; updating constituent and proposal records; and supporting cross-functional activities in fundraising, engagement events, digital marketing, and surveys. Required skills include proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Power Platform (Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI), Crystal Reports; strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities; and capacity to manage competing priorities with willingness to learn. Occasional evenings may be required to support fundraising events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of fundraising CRM management experience
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Query, Power Automate & Power BI
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Availability to work occasional evenings in support of fundraising events
