Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day workforce planning between Operations and Delivery, maintain integrity of planning systems, onboard new team members, and ensure cross-departmental communication. Run regular data quality checks on booking and allocation data, manage lifecycle updates in planning systems, and maintain team structures. Explore and introduce AI-enhanced workflows to reduce manual work, contribute to operational playbooks and SOPs, and collaborate with the Operations Team Lead to keep projects well-planned and well-supported.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business or IT
- Familiarity with IT environments
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and planning platforms
- Clear communicator able to coordinate across teams and follow up independently
- Interest in or experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-enhanced workflows)
- Proficiency in Danish and English in professional setting
