Job Summary

Operations Coordinator is responsible for the smooth daily operation of the office and acts as a key support across sales, content, accounting, and back-office tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers and hosting buyer visits, managing calls and deliveries, QuickBooks invoicing and vendor payments, supporting content production (blog posts, social media, website listings, video assets), researching markets with AI tools and refining outputs, assisting with aircraft listings and prebuy coordination, coordinating calendars, travel, and meetings for the executive team, maintaining CRM records, and running ad hoc projects across affiliated entities. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, comfort with technology, high organization, the ability to work independently, and an interest in aviation; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; compensation is based on experience and on-site, full-time work at Conroe, TX (KCXO) with no remote option.
