Job Summary
Operations Coordinator leads back-of-house store operations at a Tiffany store, coordinating order fulfillment and inventory, client service activities, and opening/closing duties; acts as Guest Experience Manager, key holder, and manager on duty in the absence of a manager; drives sales by supporting store operations and client engagement; performs daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, and transfers; ensures compliance with internal controls and collaborates with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond quickly; supports operational excellence and provides feedback on process changes; requires 2-3 years retail operations experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and US work authorization; preferred qualifications include a college degree and GIA coursework.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Organized and detail oriented
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
