Job Summary
Own caregiver scheduling to ensure full coverage with zero gaps and lead onboarding processes including fingerprints, physicals, and compliance testing to maintain audit readiness. Support recruiting by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and building a strong caregiver pipeline while managing performance, communication, and retention proactively. Drive client satisfaction through excellent communication with clients, families, and referral sources using Google Workspace to maintain organized, efficient operations. Contribute to growth goals, specifically expanding veteran services in Las Vegas, within a veteran-owned agency known for integrity and dependability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a home care or senior care office setting
- Strong track record as a self-starter who is proactive rather than reactive
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Passion for serving veterans and seniors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must pass background check and drug screening
