Job Summary
Coordinate bus driver rosters, manage vehicle scheduling, and oversee fleet repairs and insurance claims. Conduct regular workplace safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills while maintaining CCTV equipment. Prioritize site maintenance needs for landscaping, waste removal, and fencing, and supervise contracts or in-house staff involved in grounds upkeep. Maintain detailed inventory of organizational assets and contribute to the planning and logistics of bush camps, family nights, and funder visits. Physically participate in camps and liaise with local First Nations communities to support cultural knowledge and life. Ensure compliance with operational systems, standards, and data reporting requirements.
