Job Summary
Operations Coordinator supporting the COO and Executive Assistant in an on-site, Salt Lake City position. Responsible for monitoring logistics and operational data to drive growth, tracking project milestones, coordinating cross-departmental workflows, assisting with internal marketing initiatives and interactions with third-party collections/legal agencies, maintaining reports and databases, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, professional communication, attention to detail, reliability, independence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Emphasizes data entry, scheduling accuracy, adaptability to changing priorities, and a collaborative approach to working with multiple personalities in an on-site office environment.
