Job Summary
Manage branch logistics, shipping, receiving, and equipment inventory under the PMT Manager. Safely load and unload goods, prepare bills of lading, and verify incoming/outbound shipments against invoices. Coordinate rental orders, assign returned equipment to repair status, and maintain accurate parts inventory with proper 6S segregation. Assist facility administration, support technicians with equipment staging, and handle customer service inquiries. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Forklift and crane operation experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with UPS Software
- Experience with Bill of Ladings
- Experience with LTL Carriers
- Experience with Expediting Shipments
- Greater than five years of experience in the Rental, Retail or Related industry
- Forklift operation

- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to work independently while making decisions based on company policies and objectives
- Must be able to proactively and methodically deal with conflicting goals and challenging situations
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Customer service in an industrial/rental environment
- Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications and equipment
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects, meets deadlines, and creatively solves problems
- Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
- Communicates with clarity, verbally in one on one or group situations, and over the telephone
- Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents
- Equipment repair and maintenance training
