Job Summary
Coordinate daily field operations for afternoon and evening shifts, monitoring active projects and communicating schedule changes, delays, and updates to field technicians and customers. Maintain accurate schedules, project documentation, and software entries while resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring crews have necessary resources. Review technician updates, follow up on missing information, and prepare the next day's field schedule to keep operations moving. This role serves as a critical connection between field teams, customers, and internal departments within a fast-growing trenchless pipe rehabilitation company.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, dispatch, scheduling, construction administration, project coordination, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating with field technicians, customers, managers, and other departments
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, Google Workspace, and digital job-management systems
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused when handling scheduling changes or challenging situations
- Ability to work the 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shift consistently
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Follow established processes and procedures consistently
- Communicate proactively rather than waiting to be asked
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Be comfortable holding others accountable for required information
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain professionalism when communicating with customers and coworkers

- Dispatching or technician scheduling
- Project coordination
- ServiceTitan or similar field-service management software
