Job Summary
Manage end-to-end shipment control by opening files, validating rates against invoices, and coordinating shipping methods with international offices. Monitor cargo arrival against bookings, ensure timely customs clearance, and reconcile delivered quantities against shipping documents to address variances. Track accruals for revenue recognition, drive invoicing to clients, and maintain daily status reports on exceptions and volumes. Act as the primary client contact to notify stakeholders of shipment milestones, resolve queries, and meet client KPIs while ensuring full compliance with local legislation and global SOPS.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, Port Operations or equivalent
- Minimum experience of 3 years
