Operations Controller

Control operations costs and provide management visibility on variances by working with operations teams to identify risks and implement corrective measures. Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure accurate counts, analyze variances, and maintain KPIs while managing spending with operations managers to keep costs within budget. Investigate material variances with the inventory team, improve visibility of non-conforming materials with the quality team, and collaborate with purchasing to identify priority areas for negotiation and improved spend controls. Continuously review processes to identify waste, work with production to enhance manufacturing information visibility, and coordinate with IT to improve ERP system utilization. Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards while safeguarding confidential information and adhering to environmental, health, and safety requirements.
