Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the business by managing systems, inducting and training staff, and ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements. Plan, schedule, and monitor engineer workloads using CRM systems, Gabriel, and Excel to allocate jobs based on priority, skills, and location while producing permits and RAMS. Provide customer and engineer support by managing enquiries, confirming appointments, resolving operational issues, and ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing. Drive operational efficiency by checking job sheets and timesheets, supporting finance with billing data, and improving planning processes. This 100% office-based role at the Gawcott office involves 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within an Operations Controller, Planner, Scheduler or Coordination role
- managing engineers or field-based teams
