Job Summary
Schedule and allocate bus services to ensure service promises are met for TransLink, schools, and charter customers. Provide direction to new and experienced drivers while solving problems to find safe and timely solutions. Communicate professionally via phone and radio, manage asset allocation, and utilize map and tracking technologies to monitor operations. Maintain multi-tasking skills and follow all company policies while working weekend coverage as operationally required. Based at the Enoggera depot within a family-owned business with a strong safety-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Have a passion for people and customer service
- Have experience allocating or scheduling work and assets
- Be an exceptional communicator and have the ability to communication professionally via phone and radio
- Have multi-tasking skills
- Ability to read, comprehend and understand a map and tracking technologies
- Problem solve to find safe and timely solutions
- Be detail orientated without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Work well with people from diverse backgrounds
- Provide direction to new and experienced drivers
- Have great computer skills and love learning new software
- Have the ability for weekend coverage as operationally required
- Have a Qld Drivers Licence
Desired Qualifications
