Lead end-to-end standard costing and budgeting cycles, delivering robust variance analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Own month-end reporting and performance commentary while building Excel models and BI tools to improve visibility on cost, waste, and operational efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor to operations, partnering with the Site General Manager and cross-functional teams to translate financial insight into actionable business decisions. Champion a proactive, insight-led approach to continuous improvement, supporting strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency and profitability. This hands-on finance role is embedded within a leading global bakery group's manufacturing operation, where you will influence road ahead and combine technical expertise with commercial impact to challenge the status quo.
