Job Summary
Establish and monitor end-to-end Operations Control frameworks across product-focused areas to contain losses and minimize non-financial risk. Lead the Controls Team in embedding a robust control environment, enabling real-time assurance through the Control Lifecycle, and proactively tracking Key Risk Indicators to identify trends and remediate moderate or complex risks. Gather and analyze data via monthly dashboards to provide early identification of potential risks, while influencing Operations and front-office stakeholders to implement recommended controls. Account for the implementation of control tools and highlight the inter-connectedness of products, systems, and processes to maximize relationships across the value chain. Applicants must be eligible to work in the Isle of Man, as this role does not offer relocation or sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Audit
- First Degree in Risk Management
- 5 - 7 years experience in Operations Control, Product Business Risk Control Committee/ MANCOs
- 8-10 years experience and advanced knowledge of banking and the various products
