Job Summary
The role focuses on documenting detailed business requirements for workflow design, digital form development, and automation initiatives; develops historical, current, and predictive views of member experience feedback trends with visualizations; derives insights to improve member service and optimize associate workloads; analyzes member service recovery opportunities and complaint trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement across multiple business lines; produces and communicates data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and front-line staff; builds meaningful visualizations in Microsoft suite to drive results; supports high-visibility, cross-functional projects and change management efforts; requires strong analytical, presentation, and collaboration skills to influence senior leadership and implement process improvements within a credit Union, with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project/business analysis experience preferred; demonstrates knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to credit unions and strong ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
