Operations Consultant - Flex

Operations Consultant assists in stockroom organization and merchandise updates, trains cashiers/consultants on POS and MPOS, maintains store presentation and cleanliness, supports inventory control and onboarding of new staff, processes shipments and stock transfers, communicates inventory issues to supervisors, and ensures adherence to safety and sampling policies. Must have 1-2 years retail/client service experience, strong arithmetic and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school graduate or equivalent required; fragrance-store environment experience and cross-training in cashier functions are noted. Compensation ranges CAD$17.00–CAD$20.00 per hour with potential bonuses and benefits; AI-assisted recruitment noted. The role is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and requires in-person work at Sephora Canada location.
