Job Summary
Own and mature Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet, including development of standard processes and documentation such as Maintenance and Operation Plan Summaries, certifications, Logbook Verified Statements, and safety incident reports. Lead regulatory reporting and data requests, coordinate with site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal, perform causal investigations of operational events, share lessons learned fleet-wide, and maintain audit readiness with open corrective actions. Build dashboards and governance structures to measure compliance, drive improvements, and provide leadership visibility. Role requires cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, Legal, IT, Analytics, and SCADA teams; favorable qualifications include Lean Six Sigma, PMP, SAP/EAM/CMMS familiarity, and prior experience in power generation/renewable energy operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 3-4 years experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement
- Experience in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial operations
- Working knowledge of SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
