Job Summary
Own and mature Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet, developing consistent processes and documentation standards (e.g., Maintenance and Operation Plan Summaries, certifications, Logbook Verified Statements, safety incident reports) in coordination with site teams, regional managers, and the compliance/legal function. Lead regulatory reporting and RFI responses for GO 167-C and CAISO, coordinate across site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal to gather required documentation, and manage timelines. Conduct causal investigations into operational events and safety incidents under GO 167-C, applying knowledge of plant operations to reconstruct events and support regulatory actions. Represent lessons learned across the fleet, maintain audit readiness and track corrective actions, and develop dashboards and governance structures to measure program success. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, IT, Analytics, and SCADA; design and deliver training to promote standardization within the Operations Team. Seek candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a Bachelor’s degree; this role does not sponsor non-immigrant visas. Hybrid work model with a focus on proximity to San Francisco, San Diego, Scottsdale, Houston, Denver, or Princeton offices; salary range $92,000–$115,000 plus bonus potential and relocation benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross-functional environments.
- Working knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations, including ability to read and interpret SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage deadlines, and drive progress across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools that communicate program status to operational and leadership audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Experience with SAP, CMMS, EAM systems (preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles
- Experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools for leadership audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (required)
