Job Summary
Senior Analyst responsible for owning and maturing GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet, including establishing processes and documentation (Maintenance and Operation Plan Summaries, certifications, Logbook Verified Statements, safety incident reports), coordinating regulatory reporting and data requests (GO 167-C and CAISO), leading causal investigations into operational events, sharing lessons learned fleet-wide, and maintaining audit readiness with corrective actions. Works cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Legal, IT, Analytics, HSE, and site/regional teams; develops dashboards and reporting to communicate program status and drive adoption. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong project management, and the ability to coordinate across site teams and regulatory functions. The role emphasizes compliance program ownership, regulatory responses, and continuous improvement in energy-generation and storage operations, with a Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience as a baseline.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement or related roles
- Demonstrated experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross-functional environments
- Working knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations including SCADA logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
