Operations Compliance Program Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Own and mature Go 167-C compliance program across the fleet, including development of maintenance/operation plan summaries, certifications, logbook verified statements, and safety incident reporting in coordination with site teams and regulatory functions. Lead regulatory reporting and RFI responses for GO 167-C and CAISO; conduct causal investigations of operational events and safety incidents using SCADA logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures. Drive the Lessons Learned program, maintain audit-ready documentation, track corrective actions, and develop dashboards for leadership visibility. Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Legal, IT, Analytics, and SCADA; design and deliver training to promote standardization and continuous improvement. Preferred experience in wind, solar, or energy storage operations; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and other continuous improvement methodologies; PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications; familiarity with SAP/CMMS/EAM; and a willingness to work in a hybrid setup near designated offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross-functional environments
- Working knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations, including SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools for status communication
