Job Summary
Operations Client Partner who acts as the bridge between clients, commercial teams, and operational groups to discuss and optimize NielsenIQ products and data delivery. Key duties include maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of operational client requests, leading regular client calls to discuss processes, technical possibilities, and delivery targets, communicating project updates and risks at the client level, collaborating with global and regional teams to fulfill client requests, owning direct client communication on operational topics triaged by L1, and proactively suggesting simpler, cost-efficient database production solutions. Requires strong client-facing experience, excellent Excel and English skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education or equivalent experience
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
