Operations Client Partner - French Expert

Job Summary
Act as the liaison between clients, commercials, and operational teams to advise on NielsenIQ Products and build trust in data quality. Ensure regular execution of BAU deliverables, communicate delivery encounters like delays or rework, and coordinate post-production checks. Manage operational escalations with Customer Support and Data Operations, contributing to internal meetings and root cause analysis. Drive design of operational solutions by translating client needs into technical specifications and proactively suggest improvements to drive revenue. Prepare impact analysis on syndicated data and communicate project progress, risks, and status reports. Requires 2-3 years of client-facing operations experience, mandatory French language skills, and strong Excel proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- French language
- Minimum work experience in client facing roles to be able to understand client requirements and execute relevant actions towards clients: - 2-3 Operations Client Partner
- Strong technical understanding of the operations production platforms and capabilities to secure the necessary translation of client requirements into a technical specification
- Good understanding of the local FMCG industry
- Good relationship management skills to effectively liaise with commercial, clients and various operational teams
- Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
- Proactive attitude in recommending suitable solutions, demonstrates a 'Can-Do' & results-oriented attitude
- Independent in executing tasks, driving progress and working out solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together
- Problem solving skills

- Strong communication, both verbal and written, easiness in presenting complex operational topics in a simple way
