Operations Clerk

Review container supply and demand reports to populate inventory management reports, then update and input route information into the computer system daily. Collect on-site container data to update the inventory log and assist dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints. Maintain operations information including vehicle maintenance, accounting, and route sheets, while distributing and reviewing these documents for billing and productivity accuracy. Report safety or customer service issues immediately to supervisors and follow all safety policies to achieve team goals. Assist other departments such as customer service and accounting, and may support driver debrief processes as assigned.
