Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the CEO at a fast-growing AI education fintech B2B startup. Manage CEO priorities and special projects, partnering directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives. Drive cross-functional alignment and break down silos, lead internal projects that improve operational excellence—from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows. Direct CEO partnership with ownership over strategic initiatives during a critical scaling phase and help shape how the company executes its vision in the lending space.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), product management, software engineering, or as a startup founder
- Background in MBB consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG — Tier 1 cities only) OR PM or SWE at a high-growth tech company OR startup founder
- Experience working closely with C-suite or founder on strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges and build scalable processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization
