Job Summary
As part of a busy kitchen team, manage daily production shifts, train and guide shift staff, prepare and cook items to approved recipes, monitor yields to minimize waste, maintain quality production standards, ensure HACCP and food-safety compliance, and keep a clean, safe workspace while supporting the company's high-volume meal production for in-flight service.
