Job Summary
Coordinate charter flight operations in a ground-based role with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Responsibilities include handling quotations and bookings, ground handling and FBO services, rostering aircrew in accordance with pilot duty-time restrictions and CASA regulations, coordinating maintenance schedules with CAM/Chief Engineer, recording flights and flight logs for invoicing and reporting, and on-call coverage 24/7. Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills (TakeFlite) are essential, along with the ability to work independently within a small team. Must undergo medical, drug/alcohol testing, police checks, WWCC, and obtain an Aviation Security Identity Card; valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- Be willing to work a full-time, ground-based role.
- Experience in aviation operations is highly regarded.
- Undergo medical check, drug and alcohol test, police checks, WWCC, and possess or be able to obtain Aviation Security Identity Card.
- Valid driver’s license.
- TakeFlite platform familiarity is an advantage.
- Ability to manage flight operations rostering, aircrew taskings, and adherence to pilot flight and duty time restrictions; maintain charter and passenger bookings, flight logs and maintenance records; provide quotations and invoicing.
