Job Summary
Lead and deliver change management initiatives for the Operations division, including developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, training programs, governance, and adoption metrics. Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to align change efforts with strategic goals; design tailored communication plans and materials; facilitate workshops and learning programs to enable adoption of new processes and technologies; track readiness and adoption, report progress, risks, and outcomes, and ensure compliance with change management frameworks. Requires a university degree in Business/Commerce or related fields, and at least 3 years of change management experience; fluency in English and Vietnamese with strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business/Commerce or related fields as Marketing
- At least 3 years relevant experience with change management or related, preferably in banking/insurance, consulting industry
