Job Summary
The Operations Manager leads an Operations Management team including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning and Logistics to deliver site Operational Output and Operations Strategy. Promote an environment that challenges existing processes and strives for excellence through continuous improvement and flexibility. Accountable for delivering rigorous Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost targets and Lean/People initiatives, including introducing new products and processes and unlocking the department's potential.
Required Qualifications
- Required Security Clearance: An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Export-controlled information handling
- Ability to lead an Operations Management team across Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning and Logistics
- Experience in Safety (S), Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Cost (C), Lean (L)/People (P) targets and continuous improvement
