Job Summary
Maintain working knowledge of e-commerce operations workflows, including order processing, shipping, and fulfillment activities. Perform routine checks to ensure order accuracy, proper packing, and adherence to established marketplace standards. Provide day-to-day operational oversight of 5-10 Associates by assigning work, monitoring workflow, and offering real-time guidance to support operational effectiveness. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and share feedback to drive service improvements. Ensure inventory systems support production tracking, load and unload trucks, and maintain safe, organized workspaces while modeling safety-first practices. Monitor hazards, report incidents, and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- 1 year of e-commerce experience
- Shift flexibility and overtime when needed
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Punctual and dependable attendance
- Free from alcohol and drug abuse
- Must have basic experience computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, Teams and E-mail
