Job Summary
Join Capstone's Operations team focused on listed products to perform reconciliations between funds’ proprietary systems and administrators, collaborate with fund accounting and counterparts, and liaise with front and middle offices to resolve day-to-day P&L issues. Responsibilities include OTC settlements and trade confirmations, enhancing reconciliation platforms, and supporting the launch of new accounts/strategies/funds; the role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 1-2 years of operations experience, high accuracy, strong multitasking, cross-asset knowledge (rates, convertible bonds, equities, options, FX, commodities), effective communication, and the ability to build internal/external relationships, all in a deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 1-2 years of operations experience
- Advanced Excel
- Experience across multiple asset types and products (rates, convertible bonds, equities, options, FX, commodities)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain internal and external relationships
- Desire to work within a deadline driven team environment
