Job Summary
Operations Business Partner for the Americas leads design and execution of new business processes and initiatives across operations, collaborating with all customer-journey units to understand business needs, analyze pain points, and translate insights into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include designing operational processes (analytical and technological aspects), managing projects, defining and measuring the customer journey, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 3+ years in relevant roles with strong analytical and project-management skills; experience with SQL and remote teams is a plus. Hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, supporting LatAm and North America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Analyst, Process Engineer, or Business Partner roles in Fintech/SaaS/Management Consulting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with project management
- Proven ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional leadership
- Bonus: PMP certification
- Experience with customer centers and operational processes
- SQL experience
