Job Summary
Data-driven Operations Analyst focused on analyzing operational data to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develops reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making; conducts forecasting/predictive and descriptive analytics; leads initiatives in network optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. Requires 3+ years in analytics within logistics/operations, advanced Excel and SQL, and the ability to convey insights to diverse stakeholders. Hybrid onsite presence in West Chester, PA with a mix of in-office days and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in transportation, logistics, or operations analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- SQL skills
- Ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
