Operations Branch Manager

Job Summary
Supervise a team of two or more employees, overseeing branch processes for timely equipment delivery and pick-up while implementing policies to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Manage medical equipment inventory, storage, and maintenance, including loading, securing, and transporting life-saving medical equipment to and from hospitals. Provide excellent customer service to hospital partners, listen to their equipment needs, and collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to coordinate deliveries. Input and maintain accurate digital records, prepare regular reports on customer orders and inventory tracking, and track key performance metrics. Work multiple shifts including on-call as needed, with periodic travel.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of managerial experience in medical equipment rental operations
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Outstanding listening, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure in a hospital environment
- Highest integrity and relentless commitment to delivering value to customers and co-workers
- Resourceful in a fast-paced environment with a desire for professional growth and mastery of new technologies
- Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
- Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical
- Own a valid driver's license
