Operations / Behavioral Health Technician (OPS/BHT)

Monitor the milieu and provide direct client supervision to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive treatment environment. Support daily program operations, including client check-ins, attendance tracking, and coordination between clinical and administrative staff. Assist clients with daily living needs, orientation, and general questions while escalating clinical concerns to clinicians. Document observations, incidents, and activity logs accurately per facility and regulatory standards. Support scheduling for client transportation, groups, and appointments across PHP, IOP, and outpatient tracks. Maintain a clean, organized facility by stocking supplies and flagging maintenance or safety needs. Provide administrative support such as answering phones, filing, and data entry. Respond calmly to de-escalate situations following facility safety protocols. This full-time, on-site day-shift role at Resilience Behavioral Health of Illinois offers hourly compensation of $20.00 to $25.00.
