Job Summary
Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and map workflows to write custom scripts that connect systems and automate manual tasks. Utilize Python to automate repetitive processes and write optimized SQL queries to fetch, transform, and feed data directly into automated workflows. Design, build, and maintain automation solutions and pipelines while documenting all phases from scoping bottlenecks to ensuring long-term adoption. Work closely with stakeholders within MY Operations to understand needs and develop tailored solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Practical understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON handling, and connecting disparate tools programmatically
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Python programming, with the ability to build robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas
- Working knowledge in SQL for data extraction and management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or any AI coding tool
- Familiarity with version control, APIs, Webhooks, Scripting, System Integration, workflow automation platforms or building lightweight web apps/internal tools
