Job Summary
Operations Automation Senior Associate in Securities Services Operations driving automation initiatives. Responsible for engaging stakeholders across requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement while adhering to governance standards. Implements automation strategy using intelligence automation tools and collaborates with technology to build low-code automation infrastructure. Delivers benefits such as capacity creation, risk reduction, and streamlined processes. Coaches peers, contributes to training, and aligns OKRs/KPIs to program outcomes within Custody and Prime Brokerage products.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in large, distributed teams with work in Testing, Software Engineering & Securities Services domain involving Trade & Settlements; Asset Servicing; Cash & FX; Reconciliation & Reporting
- Hands-on experience managing change programs and implementing new business processes and controls
- Strong knowledge of corporate and investment banking processes, products, and systems
- Ability to plan and execute projects/initiatives and handle day-to-day issues
- Strategic mindset to drive efficiency
- Experience with automation and tools like Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath & process-mapping tools
- Conceptual knowledge of ML coding languages and algorithms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Understanding of operational risks and internal control frameworks
- Ability to challenge and maintain a positive, proactive outlook
- Knowledge of project life cycle and financial markets product knowledge and transaction lifecycle
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
