Operations & Automation Partner

Hands-on, cross-functional role in an automated kitchen facility producing super-premium pet food. You will operate and maintain automated production systems, perform quality checks, transfer ingredients, manage packaging and sanitation, and assist with general facility upkeep. The role involves cross-training across the manufacturing process, troubleshooting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Training in food safety and quality assurance is included. This on-site position in San Leandro, CA includes a schedule of 12-hour shifts (3 days per week plus a 4-hour day weekly) with potential to transition to night shifts as operations scale. Travel to our R&D facility in Lincoln, NE for training and activities is required during the first 6 months, with other travel possible. Opportunities to lead shifts, lines, and future facilities are anticipated as Landspath grows within the US and internationally. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to work hands-on and with systems are essential.
